Wareham Select Board approves shellfish farm license and four donations. Chair Judith Whiteside oversaw unanimous votes to renew a 10-year shellfish aquaculture license for Crooked Cove Sea Farm, LLC covering 6.73 acres, and to accept donations totaling $9,407, including $9,000 from Friends of the Wareham Free Library for books and technology, and $307 in combined gifts to the Council on Aging. The board also unanimously appointed Joshua Faherty, Director of Planning, to the SRPEDD Joint Transportation Planning Group and reappointed Ronald A.
Spear as Constable and Angela Dunham to the Veterans Council. Two second-hand dealer licenses were renewed and two special events permits were approved, including a fee waiver for the May 17 Walk for the Homeless.
