Planning Board denies two ANRs on incomplete applications and access issues.

Planning Board · Meeting of February 9, 2026

WAREHAM — Planning Board denies two ANRs over access and completeness deficiencies. Chair Jane Gleason and the full five-member board voted unanimously to reject an AD Makepeace Company application off Maple Spring Road, citing incomplete submissions that failed to address January 7 engineering consultant findings, and voted four to zero with one abstention to deny a Bayside Agricultural Inc. parcel at 0 Maple Springs Road, finding it a subdivision requiring full review rather than an approval not required. The board also waived reapplication fees for Bayside Agricultural and continued a residential subdivision and commercial solar site plan review to late February and early March meetings.
