Planning Board approves four ANR plans and defers two major projects.

Planning Board · Meeting of April 13, 2026

WAREHAM — Planning Board approves four ANR plans, defers major projects pending review. Chair Jane Gleason and four members unanimously approved lot-reconfiguration plans for Main Street and Great Neck Road, and denied a deficient Worrall Avenue application without prejudice. A bond-reduction request for Windward Pines was continued to May 11 after Member Carl Schulz raised questions about peer review, as-built certification, and a $12,000 remaining surety against road-construction hold back requirements.

The Broad Cove Path definitive subdivision public hearing was scheduled for May 11, contingent on legal review of waivers; the 2 East Boulevard site plan hearing was closed pending final conditions at a future meeting.
