Wareham Affordable Housing Trust approves prior minutes, defers January review.

WAREHAM — The Wareham Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approved its December 9, 2025 minutes and deferred the January 13, 2026 minutes. Chair Jim Munise led the four-member quorum through a focused agenda centered on the West Street Project, reviewing a letter to the Select Board about potential scope revision and exploring grant funding. Members discussed WAHT grant language and application procedures, while Nanette Perkins and Sandy Slavin provided updates on committed funds for the 801 Main Street and Chapel Lane projects respectively.

The next meeting is set for March 2026.
