WAREHAM — Planning Board unanimously endorsed an ANR plan merging three lots at 18 Fifteenth Street for applicant Gerald V. Robery, IV. Chair Jane Gleason, Vice Chair Carl Schulz, Member Sam Corbitt, and Clerk Julie Moran confirmed the R30-zoned property met all frontage and access requirements with 150 feet of frontage and roughly 92,000 square feet total area.
The merger resolves ownership complications that forced the building department to withdraw a previously filed accessory dwelling unit permit. The board also continued two site plan reviews: Water Wizz at 3031 Cranberry Highway to February 23, 2025, and 3K70 Country Road to January 26, 2026, after applicants received peer review materials too late to meet the board's Thursday-noon deadline.
