Select Board approves licenses, reorganizes leadership under new Chair Corbitt

WAREHAM — Select Board reorganizes under new Chair Corbitt, approves restaurant licenses. The Wareham Select Board unanimously elected Sarah Corbitt as Chair and Judith Whiteside as Clerk in the May 19 reorganization. In separate unanimous votes, the board approved annual all-alcoholic beverages and common victualler licenses for Jefes Restaurant Group LLC, d/b/a Jefes Masa Cantina, at 3126 Cranberry Highway, and for MDD Hospitality Group II, Inc., d/b/a 12 Knots, at 3138 Cranberry Highway.
The board also granted an entertainment license for live music and jukebox service at Tavern Hospitality, Inc., d/b/a The Pour Farm Tavern, with outdoor entertainment concluding by 10 p.m. and a requirement for eight-hour advance notice to the adjacent funeral home.
