Wareham sales cluster in early July, then go quiet through early August

Seven Wareham property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8, all filed within a single six-day span from July 10 to July 15, with none recorded afterward through the end of the period. Five of the seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $200 to $665, with a median of $535; two listed no consideration amount. The top recorded transfer was 11 Myas Court at $665. Several transfers involved trusts, attorneys-in-fact, or LLC buyers rather than direct individual sales, and one deed listed identical names as both seller and buyer.
