Wareham deed filings show wide price gap between three disclosed sales in August
Wareham recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $570 for 64 Rose Point Ave, $473 for 43 Shore Ave, and $360 for 10 Barnest St, putting the median at $473. The remaining nine sales, including transfers on Maki Way, Algonquin Street and Monument Avenue, carried no listed consideration. Seven of the 12 transactions moved property between the same individuals or into trusts they controlled rather than to unrelated buyers. With price data limited to a quarter of filings, the period's data does not support a read on market direction.
