Wareham deed transfers mix family trust filings with a handful of disclosed sales

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show nine Wareham property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Five listed disclosed prices ranging from $452 to $739, with a median of $473; four did not disclose a price. The top disclosed sale was 842 Main St. at $739, sold by Main Street Realty Trust and Eva L. Donegan to Robert and Joyce A. Warzecha. Three of the four undisclosed-price transfers, on Greenwood Avenue, Leisure Lane and Repose Lane, moved property between individuals and trusts bearing the same family name, consistent with estate or trust planning. No street had more than one recorded transfer during the period.
