Water · Meeting of March 12, 2026

Wareham sewer commissioners approved a $186,865.81 plant change order and tabled a public relations contract. The Board of Sewer Commissioners voted 5-0 on roll call to approve Waterline's change order number four, covering items 16 through 22, and a $21,481 Mission Communications alarm-monitoring contract. Commissioners then voted 5-0 to table a roughly $40,000 consulting agreement with Joe Manning's firm, Fulcrum East Inc., because the agenda listed only his name.

Russ Kleekamp of EDR said a proposed $195,200 engineering amendment for Narrows Force Main phases two and three would bring the total contract close to $800,000. The headworks bypass began last Thursday, with odor expected near Linwood until it ends.
