Wareham sewer commissioners accepted Bourne's $97,305.57 capital share and agreed on abatement changes. The Board of Sewer Commissioners voted to accept a letter committing Bourne to its fiscal 2027 share of the plant upgrade, with one member opposed. Members agreed to add a one-year abatement term, annual reapplication and a $100 yearly minimum to Policy 13-03, which returns on a future agenda.
Consultant Russ Klee camp reported a draft force main plan set of about 30 sheets, with permit applications expected in early December. A member said plant biosolids disposal costs about $500,000 a year, a cost a proposed seven-acre lease might reduce. The board adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
