WAREHAM — Sewer Commissioners advance phased expansion of Narrows Force Main project. The Board received an update on continued design work for the force main project following Town Meeting funding approval, with Russ Kleekamp presenting progress on geotechnical analysis and engineering layout. Board members agreed to solicit proposals from public relations firms by June 25, with Dr.
Scott Soby tasked with contacting firms experienced in environmental justice communities. Board members also discussed a potential revenue-neutral rate restructuring based on bedroom count rather than equivalent dwelling units. Chair James R.
Giberti clarified that engagements under $50,000 would not require a formal request for proposals.
