WAREHAM — Finance Committee reviews 2026 Spring Town Meeting warrant articles. Town Administrator Derek Sullivan presented allocations of $3.2 million in certified Free Cash--$1.5 million to Capital Stabilization Fund for two projects including communications, $600,000 for Snow & Ice deficit, and $300,000 to OPEB Trust Fund--leaving $4,851,253 for capital projects including the $4.5 million Fearing Hill Bridge Project. Sullivan also outlined a request for $130,000 from Parking Program funds, $267,715.21 in PEG access receipts to Wareham Community TV, and rescission of a $6 million Sewer Department appropriation from 2022.

No votes were taken; the committee meets again April 13 with the School Department invited to present.
