Wareham sewer board approves $101,200 GHD contract change 4-1 after tabling motion fails. The Board of Sewer Commissioners spent nearly 20 minutes untangling conflicting "Exhibit A" paperwork on GHD Engineering's grant-funded outfall study before voting 4-1 to approve the change order; a prior motion to table it failed 1-3-1.
