WAREHAM — Finance Committee approves $54,000 in year-end inter-departmental transfers for FY26 adjustments. Four of seven members attended the July 15 meeting: Chair Joseph R. Smith Jr., Alan H.
Slavin, Dominic Cammarano Jr, and Bernard Pigeon, with Vice Chair Brianna King and member Heidi Churchill absent. The unanimously approved transfers reallocate funds from Assessor and Treasurer salary lines to cover retirements, personnel services, MIS data processing, a departing Municipal Maintenance employee, animal shelter expenses, FICA taxes, and collective bargaining obligations. Town Administrator Derek Sullivan presented the proposal, noting the overall budget bottom line remains unchanged.
