Wareham Zoning Board of Appeals approves three special permits under Acting Chair Jim Eacobacci. The board voted unanimously (5-0) to accept a revised sign plan for 18 Seth Tobey Road incorporating animated digital elements, unanimously approved two special permits for a downsized 40B Comprehensive Permit at 4 West Street reducing units from 20 to 8, granted a special permit for interior porch conversion at 5 Captain Collins Drive increasing floor area ratio to 67 percent, and approved deck replacement at 3 Worrall Avenue. The board also voted 5-0 to recommend to the Select Board reappointment of Member Richard Semple for a five-year term and Associate Members Connor Alden and Elizabeth Arone for one-year terms.
