Wareham Redevelopment Authority votes to solicit mural artists for Merchant's Way. The Authority unanimously approved a motion to issue a press release calling for artists to submit mural design ideas for downtown Wareham. In separate business, Joshua Faherty, Director of Planning and Clerk, reported that a $650,000 grant for Tremont Nail Factory dam engineering design has been received, requiring a 30 percent town match; Faherty stated he is prepared to submit grant applications to secure the full match within months.

Judith Whiteside requested that Attorney Teitelbaum terminate the WRA's agreement with Bentley Master Developers due to hesitancy to perform work pending the dam situation's resolution.
