Wareham Veterans Council elects leadership and establishes meeting schedule. The five-member council unanimously elected David G. McClure as Chair, Brandon P.
Sand as Vice Chair, and Colleen Marble as Clerk. The council voted unanimously to meet at 3:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month in Town Hall Room 24 and approved a $243 payment to Donnelly's Clothing for plates. The council discussed planning for Memorial Day, Flag Day, a 250th Anniversary Celebration around Independence Day, and Veterans Day, with Wareham High School JROTC instructor Matt Stanton and Veterans Service Officer Vinnie Fountaine coordinating event logistics.
