WAREHAM — The Wareham Redevelopment Authority unanimously voted to enter executive session regarding potential real property negotiations at 4 Recovery Road involving DB Delivery MA, LLC. Chair Dan Butler, Select Board Chair Judith Whiteside, Planning Director Josh Faherty, and Select Board Member Sarah Corbitt voted in favor. The authority discussed the Wareham Garden Club's request for a grant to improve Post Office plantings but requested the club return with a broader "strategic level" proposal.
Members concurred in Plan Director Faherty's plan to continue the Downtown Dollars program through summer and fall and directed staff to increase promotion of the Storefront Renovation Grant Program door-to-door on Main Street. The RideCircuit pilot program received additional Town Meeting-approved funding of $30,000, supplementing the $53,000+ previously committed by the WRA.
