Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show nine Wareham property transfers recorded between July 24 and August 22, six with disclosed prices ranging from $320,000 to $650,000 and a median of $493,750. The top transaction was 4 12th Street, which sold for $650,000 to Capevest Development Corp.
