WAREHAM — Historic District Commission approves prior minutes with one abstention. The board considered protective fencing designs for the WCTV Building on Main Street and awaited finalization of plans by Southcoast for the Besse Park Gazebo project. Chair Bob Blair fielded inquiry from a Wareham Week reporter about the Old Company Store's sale status and the possibility of a 250th anniversary initiative.
