WAREHAM — Conservation Commission approves retaining wall replacement, continues six applications. The board unanimously approved a Request for Determination of Applicability for a 57-foot retaining wall replacement at 66 Blackmore Pond Road with conditions requiring erosion controls and hand labor, and continued six Notice of Intent applications involving a marina redevelopment, single-family dwelling, municipal shared-use path, stormwater upgrades, house reconstruction, and deck work. In a 3-3 tie that killed a proposed $2,100 fine, the commission voted 6-0 to approve Mark Silva's project to remove unpermitted structures at 1 Reynolds Avenue caused by the previous owner.
The board also issued two Certificates of Compliance and discussed updates to Rules and Regulations, including guidance on pervious surfaces and limits on continuances.
