Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 4, 2026

WAREHAM — Conservation Commission approves duplex at 307 Onset Avenue, clears coastal development. Chair Sandy Slavin oversaw approval of David Andrade's two-unit dwelling on a slab at 11 feet elevation to comply with flood zone requirements, while the commission tabled a retaining wall replacement and continued two major hearings: a deck reconstruction at 16 Widow's Cove Lane to February 18 pending property owner consent and legal clarification, and the Town's West Boulevard accessibility project to the same date after an abutter reported missing notice. The commission also approved a stormwater bond and perpetual maintenance conditions for River Hawk LLC at 19 Bay Pointe Drive and continued George Mavridis's tear-down-and-rebuild at 17 Atlantic Avenue to March 18 over buffer-zone expansion disputes.
