WAREHAM — Board of Health revokes Seven Eleven tobacco license after multiple violations. Chairwoman Amy Wiegandt, M.D., and members Patrick Tropeano and David Klenert voted unanimously to permanently revoke the license of the store at 2106 Cranberry Highway, following Health Inspector Samantha Monast's testimony to four violations within a three-year period. Manager Mohamad Shahid and his attorney argued that corrective measures, including a new ID scanner system, warranted a lesser penalty, but the board determined state guidelines for a fourth violation required permanent revocation.
